Citrix Takes "Time to BELIEVE" in Fighting Hunger

1,000. That’s how many Emergency Food Boxes were packed by team members at the close of the Citrix “Time to BELIEVE” event that was held mid July 2022. The multi-day training event included 100+ members from the Citrix Work Collaboration team. Representation from product, product marketing, marketing, sales, and customer success were on hand for the semi-annual event that featured NBA legend Tyrone “Muggsy” Bogues as a guest speaker. Bogues, whose family foundation focuses on food security issues, engaged the crowd who wrapped up the training by “giving back” to the community with a packing event for Inter-Faith Food Shuttle. All hands on deck, the Citrix team members packed 1,000 Emergency Food Boxes that will be distributed to families and seniors in need through Mobile Markets and other programs. Teamwork makes the dreamwork!

“Our team was truly excited to be a part of supporting our neighbors at their point of need,” said Kurt Heusner, Senior Vice President of Global Emerging Sales at Citrix and the Food Shuttle’s Board Chair. “ We definitely understand the importance of systemically being a broader citizen supporting the well being of the neighbors in our community to help eliminate hunger.”
