There’s no denying it: 2020 has been a challenging year, and for struggling families, the COVID-19 pandemic has made it more difficult than ever to put food on the table.
We have great news! The Stewards Fund and 4 Others Foundation have pledged to ensure that donations made to Inter-Faith Food Shuttle go twice as far to help even more families this holiday season. Now through December 31, 2020, all gifts made to Inter-Faith Food Shuttle will be matched, up to $100,000. These two funders hope this match will inspire the community to give above and beyond and support the Food Shuttle and its mission to provide for families struggling with hunger during this pandemic.
The Food Shuttle’s 2020 year-end campaign, You are the Heart of our Community, invites organizations, individuals, corporations, foundations, and civic groups to consider a donation during this critical time. It is also a chance for the Food Shuttle to highlight the importance of community taking care of community, one person at a time.

We are discovering just how deeply this pandemic has disproportionately affected our communities—particularly communities of color. With our food costs up more than 500% over this time last year, it is critical that our recovery efforts and community’s investments are strategically aligned for long-term success.
