Monday, July 21 - A Place At The Table, 7pm, WRAL-TV
"A Place at the Table" is a powerful documentary about hunger in America that truly paints the picture of what it means to be food insecure in this country - to not always know where your next meal will come from. The film vividly illustrates how lack of income and lack of access to fresh healthy food are the root causes of hunger and its companion, obesity. Here in North Carolina, one in four children is at risk of hunger. Watch the trailer here:

Thursday, July 24 - WRAL documentary: Hungry for Answers, 7 p.m.
“Hungry for Answers” is a half-hour documentary, hosted and narrated by WRAL News anchor Debra Morgan, that looks at the issue of food insecurity and hunger in North Carolina. It profiles someone who has struggled with the issue, examines some of its causes and explores possible solutions.
