Catering with a Cause is run by our culinary teaching staff, Chef Terri Hutter and Chef Kitty Banks. We employ graduates and interns from our Culinary Job Training program, and catering proceeds go right back to support the program. It's a great example of both on-the-job training and program sustainability.

We specialize in box lunches, buffets, and even wedding receptions for up to 200 people.  All meals are prepared using fresh ingredients (purchased, not donated), often using produce straight from the Food Shuttle Teaching Farm. Our menu is deliciously prepared by our culinary professionals, and delivered direct to your office, party, or event!
